1. Service Agreement

By booking a repair with Washing Machine Repair Near Me, you agree to:

✔ Transparent pricing – No hidden charges
✔ 1 Year warranty on labor & parts (excludes physical damage)

2. Pricing & Payments

• Diagnosis Fee: NPR 500 (deductible from repair cost)
• Payment Methods: Cash, Khalti, eSewa, Bank Transfer
• Quotes Valid for 7 days – Parts price fluctuations may apply

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before appointment
• Late cancellations (<2 hrs): 50% service charge
• No-shows: Full diagnosis fee payable

4. Warranty Policy

✅ 90-day coverage on replaced parts & labor
❌ Void if:

• Unauthorized repairs are attempted
• Non-OEM parts are used
• Physical damage occurs post-repair

5. Liability

• We’re not liable for pre-existing damages unrelated to the repair.
• Technicians may refuse service if the appliance is hazardous or unhygienic.

6. Spare Parts

• Genuine/OEM parts used unless customer requests alternatives.
• Parts without warranty (e.g., refurbished) will be clearly stated.

7. Service Areas

Covers Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur (+ travel fee for distant locations).

8. Data Privacy

• Contact details are used only for service coordination.
• We don’t share data with third parties.
